• Standard Shipping (2–8 business days): $10.00 AUD

• Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $100 AUD

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

• Delivery times vary between 2–5 weeks depending on the destination.

• Please note: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

⏱️ Processing Times All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

📭 Lost or Damaged Goods If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@vascularpump.com and our team will resolve it quickly. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot replace or refund items sent to the wrong address.
